Soon to be added to the list in 2021, Hill Country Wineworks is nestled just a half mile off I-10 on U.S. Highway 87. The winery was founded by Chris and Kelley Barber, a young couple that adores living in Texas Hill Country and recently decided to make Comfort home to their new winery and tasting room. Their opening date is right around the corner, and rumor has it that their Monroe Texas Sangria is absolutely heavenly, especially paired with spicy food.
